Thanks to a skilled use of stone, the villa blends flawlessly with the context of the pre-existing walls surrounding the lot, vestiges of the historic centre of the village. Indeed, when looking from Lake Muzzano or the hill of Sorengo, one can hardly distinguish the house, and yet, its presence contributes greatly to the entire complex. The villa extends on a single level, with minimal variations in height, around the large entrance hall. The garage, located on an upper level for greater ease of access, is an important, functional addition to the building.
