This project is a work in progress and will probably be completed by the end of 2018. It is the first block of a residential complex situated in an area surrounded by woods in the vicinity of the centre of Lugano. The pleasant setting encouraged the Camponovo to give the multifamily building the appearance of a villa that would better fit into the site after the completion of the other constructions. The large pergolas covered in greenery on the top floor and the lightness of the materials chosen meet this objective.
